1. Services Provided

SVMS Travels operates public scheduled stage coach routes, luxury coach transits, and private tourist bus hiring services in Udupi and surrounding Karnataka regions. All services are subject to availability, local road conditions, and regulatory carriage permits.

2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All bookings processed through our web portal or coordinated over WhatsApp are subject to payment validation:

• Booking Validity: A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving verification from our administrative desk.
• Cancellations: Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Cancellations between 24-48 hours will incur a 50% charge. In-day cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Liability: SVMS Travels reserves the right to reschedule or substitute a vehicle in the event of technical breakdown or force majeure conditions.

3. Passenger Conduct and Rules

For the safety and comfort of all travelers, passengers must comply with our onboard policies:

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying illegal substances onboard are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and fellow commuters.
• SVMS Travels is not liable for the loss or damage of personal luggage or belongings stored in common storage bays. Please keep valuable items in your hand luggage.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, copy, web components, and media displayed on this portal are the intellectual property of SVMS Travels. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written permission.

5. Governance and Jurisdictions

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Kundapura / Udupi district.
